Cresponsor profiles are built from public filings, but filings change, names get redacted, JV exits happen, and the data goes stale. If you spot something wrong, missing, or out-of-date, send it over.
How to report
Email agam@agam.me with:
- Page URL — the profile that needs the fix
- What’s wrong — the specific claim and where it appears (section name, fact card label, etc.)
- What it should be — the corrected fact
- Source — a SEC filing, pension report, court docket, or other public record. Sponsor-website assertions are accepted only when they replace a less-authoritative existing source.
What gets corrected
- Wrong numbers (AUM, units, raise amounts, dates)
- Misidentified people or entities (same-name confusion is a recurring risk)
- Stale leadership / executive departures
- Missing matters that meet the adverse-event materiality bar
- Missing institutional LPs that should be on the page
What doesn’t get changed
- Voice or framing of factual claims sourced to government filings
- Adding promotional language (“award-winning,” “top-tier”)
- Removing material adverse-event coverage that’s still active in public dockets
- Suppressing facts because they’re commercially inconvenient
Every revision lands in the changelog with a date and a one-line summary.
Right of reply
If a sponsor profiled here disputes a specific factual claim and provides a verifiable source, the correction goes through. If the dispute is about framing rather than fact, we’ll add a “Sponsor response” note next to the disputed claim and link to the sponsor’s statement.
